Since space at Camp is limited, we give priority to early registrations. To register, follow these four steps:
- Get a registration form
- Decide who's attending and in what registration categories they'll register
- Complete one registration form per Camper
- Send the completed form with payment to our registrar

How to get a registration form
If you're a returning Camper (Welcome Back!), contact this year's Leader if you haven't already received your registration form, or send email to registrar@ConsultantsCamp.org.
If you're a first-time Camper, and you've already received an invitation from a returning Camper, ask the Camper who invited you to send you a registration form.
If you haven't yet been invited, getting an invitation is the place to begin.
Registration categories
Attendees can register in one of several different categories:
- Camper
- Campers can participate in all Camp activities, including sessions, Camp Leadership Council, and Camp dinners. The fee for Campers is $180.
- Guest
- A guest can expect to participate in one or two sessions, and any Camp social activities. The fee for guests is $90.
- Non-participating roommate
- A non-participating roommate does not participate in any Camp activities. There is no fee for non-participating roommates.
- Minor children
- Minor children are welcome. There is no Camp fee for minor children under the age of 12. There is a nominal $10 fee for children 12 and over.

Complete one registration form per Camper
Each Camper is entitled to invite guests, non-participating roommates, and minor children. These additional invitees need not complete separate registration forms. However, each Camper should complete his or her own registration form.
Campers, Guests, and Minor Children receive camp garments as part of their registration fee. Although it varies from year to year, the Camp garment is usually a sweatshirt, vest, shirt, or jacket.
On your registration form, be sure to specify garment sizes for the Camper, Guests and Minor Children. Sizes are men's and women's. Garment availability is guaranteed for any reservation received before July 15, 2011.
Payment
Payment in full is due with your registration. We'll send you a confirmation after we receive payment and registration. You can make payment by check, or by credit card:

Registration priority
Rooms at the Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch will be filled in the order that completed registrations are received. We'll fill the Wagon Wheel Bunkhouse rooms first, unless special circumstances necessitate alternate lodging arrangements. If we fill the bunkhouse completely, then we're guaranteed exclusive use of all Bunkhouse facilities for the entire week of Camp.
How to make a room reservation

The currently negotiated per person package room rate for 6 nights is $588 plus a $58 admin fee, plus taxes. A deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due at checkin. A credit card for add-ons and incidentals will be held on file at time of checkin, and billed at checkout.
Special rates are available for non-conference guests that stay with a conference attendee. Sylvan Dale requests that you leave your pets at home.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to both the Camp cancellation policy and the Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch cancellation policy.
- If you cancel before August 1, 2011, $25 of the Camp registration fee per person is non-refundable. The remainder, if any, will be refunded to you.
- If you cancel on or after August 1, 2011, there is no refund of Camp registration fee.
- If you cancel 90 days or more before your intended arrival at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, you will receive from Sylvan Dale a refund of room deposit less 25% per person.
- If you cancel 45-89 days prior to your intended arrival date at Sylvan Dale, you will receive from Sylvan Dale your original room deposit less 50% per person.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your intended arrival date your deposit with Sylvan Dale is non-refundable.
